Amalkan meminum air asam jawa yg dibancuh nipis setiap hari terutama kepada mereka yg gemar makan pada sebelah malam (nasi).....
minum air limau pon boleh...apple ijau...
masam2 bagus tuk buang lemak...
kalo nak mengurangkan kadar kebuncitan perut.masa mkn jgn minum..
pas mkn jgn minum air trus..
p basuh pinggan dulu ke...kemas2 meja dulu..br minum air...
lg satu....rajin2 la wat sit up..
