Bahan-Bahan:
100 g mentega
50 g gula halus
1 biji kuning telur
1 camca teh esen vanila
110 g tepung kek
15 g tepung jagung
200 g badam hancur
200 g bertih coklat
Cara:
Putar mentega, gula halus dan kuning telur hingga kembang. Masukkan esen vanila. Masukkan tepung kek dan tepung jagung. Kacau rata. Campur badam hancur bersama bertih coklat dan diuli sebati. Simpan di dalam peti sejuk, 20 minit. Canai dan terap adunan mengikut bentuk kesukaan. Sapu putih telur sebelum dibakar pada suhu 170'C.
